Refund policy

Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetics items can't be returned — standard practice across the beauty industry. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items get free return shipping and a replacement or refund, no questions asked. Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping. Approved refunds process within 5-10 business days. We recommend a patch test before first use of any new product, especially for sensitive skin.
